This will allow clients to pay for their insurance through Digi billing.
BIMA and Digi Telecommunications have partnered to allow Malaysian customers to register for BIMA’s products in minutes and to pay via their Digi billing.
“We want to make it as easy as possible for people to be able to use our products, by enabling a variety of convenient payment options for customers. We are excited to partner with Digi in extending this. With over 10 million subscribers, and adding to existing partnerships, this collaboration enables us to serve more than 70% of the Malaysian population,” BIMA country manager Meenakshi Chhabra said.
BIMA launched in Malaysia in 2018 with its life insurance product BIMA Life whereby Celcom customers could pay for insurance through their mobile bills.
