HSBC Life floats new employee benefits plan

It offers flexible group medical and life coverage and a digital platform. 

HSBC Life has launched Life Benefits+ to commercial clients in Hong Kong to address employee wellness, a statement read.

The product presents employers with flexible group medical and life coverage and a one-stop digital platform, and is available to firms with as few as two employees. Flexible group coverage is available from as low as HK$22 per annum per employee, rising to coverage as high as HK$5m.

Key features include real-time tracking of benefit entitlements, usage and remaining balance, search for doctors/clinics, e-claims, e-health card as well as lifestyle assessment and tips. The platform also features access to an e-marketplace called Choices, where users can enjoy over 140 preferential offers for products and services from 18 partners at present.

It also includes special packages from Matilda International Hospital covering health assessment plans, eye check and vaccination programmes.

Moreover, the HSBC Life Benefits+ Medical Insurance Plan grants basic and optional supplementary benefits as well as coverage levels for companies to assemble group policies that match the needs of their employees. Similarly, HSBC Life Benefits+ Life Insurance Plan is a yearly renewable term life insurance plan with optional hospital cash cover designed for companies of various sizes to offer comprehensive life protection to their employees.
