Chris Eng is the Chief Strategy Officer at Etiqa Insurance and Takaful where he is responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives and marketing plans to support Etiqa's long-term growth. Under him, Etiqa ventured into Indonesia, strengthened its position in the Philippines and started operations in Cambodia. It also rolled out Robotic Process Automation, continued its Digitalisation agenda and embarked on its Sustainability journey. All of this contributed to Etiqa growing to be the 3rd largest ASEAN owned insurer with a Number 1 Brand position in Malaysia. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Research/Products and Alternative Investments where he set up the Equities and Fixed Income Research teams in Etiqa while personally specializing in broad macro-economic trends that could affect investment markets. He has over 25 years of experience in identifying market trends and business improvement opportunities having previously worked as a research analyst, an engineer and a management consultant around the region. He is a Chevening Scholar with a MPhil in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has won numerous awards for equity research in the past.

Currently attached to Zurich Malaysia as the Chief Technology Officer, Raymond is responsible for providing technology needs as well as leading the company’s digital transformation.

Teresa Wong is the Chief Risk Officer at Zurich General Insurance Malaysia Berhad covering Risk Management for the Property and Casualty Segment. She is also the Head of Sustainability Risks for Zurich’s Malaysian entities.
She has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry, with focus on underwriting, project management in integration / M&A, risk management, and most recently since 2019 sustainability.
In her current role, she assists the business through an effective and efficient enterprise-wide risk management framework, providing direct input into risk-based decision-making. Sustainability is a key topic of interest and she supports the business in championing key sustainability initiatives throughout the organization.

Brandon is a Partner and a Insurance and Takaful Leader of Ernst & Young PLT in Malaysia, and the EY Asean Insurance Leader. He has over 24 years of experience in providing assurance and consulting services to public-listed companies, multinationals and local corporations, focusing on life and general insurance, takaful (Islamic Insurance), retakaful, reinsurance, Islamic banking, asset management and unit or property trusts.
Brandon’s professional experience includes leading engagements related to IPOs, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence and implementation of MFRS and IFRS.
He is actively involved in industry matters related to accounting and regulatory requirements, and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Ravi has over 25 years of combined experience in financial services and consulting, leading successful business transformations for large banks, insurers and asset managers globally. He specializes in digital strategy, technology architecture and operating model development, and has advised both incumbents and digital challengers. Prasanta Roy (“Prasanta”) joined the Company on 29 April 2020 and he is currently the Group Chief Technology Officer. He has over 22 years of experience in leveraging technology to drive organisational growth and expanding business impact in the era of digitisation, holding various leadership roles in Information Technology (“IT”) Strategy & Architecture and IT Transformation spanning across companies in Malaysia, Africa, India, North and Latin America. Jubin Mehta (“Jubin”) joined the Group on 5 May 2022 as the Chief Executive Officer of Tune Protect Malaysia, the general insurance arm of the Group. In this role, Jubin brings with him a broad and extensive technical and leadership experience in the Financial Services and Technology space to transform Tune Protect Malaysia into a progressive organisation moving forward. He also leads the Small, Medium Enterprise (“SME”) solution developments across the Group.
Jubin has more than 19 years of experience under his belt, most of which was in the banking industry particularly in India, Vietnam, and Malaysia. His experience prior to joining the Group has been in the Financial Technology field notably bootstrapping an innovative data analytics company and Consulting with Axiata Digital and Courts Mammoth for projects in the digital lending space for about 5 years.
Jubin has worked with Standard Chartered Bank and HDFC Bank in the past. He has extensive banking experience in Ecosystem banking, Supply Chain Financing, Cross-border Trade, SME banking and Digital Lending.
Jubin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University and a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing major) from Management Development Institute of India.
