Isaac is a Partner based in BCG’s Kuala Lumpur office. He has 13+ years of experience working with clients in financial services, insurance, and principal investor & private equity (PIPE) sectors, across Southeast Asia. Isaac’s expertise is in retail banking, wealth management, customer journey, agile at scale and digital attacker bank model. Isaac holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Accounting from University of Malaya. He is fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

►Ravi Kittane has over 25 years of combined Financial Services Industry and Consulting experience leading successful business transformations globally for major banks, insurers and asset managers. He specialises in Digital strategy, technology architecture, solution stack and operating model development and has advised incumbents as well as digital challengers.
► Ravi has built large multi-disciplinary teams and led large programs in the areas of Business Transformation, Digital Strategy and Transformation, Next Generation Optimisation,
Business Process Reengineering and Outsourcing, Program and Change Management.
► He is leading the development and delivery of Digital Banking and Digital Insurance value propositions and technologies for incumbent banks and insurers as well as Digital Banking and
Digital Insurer license aspirants/winners in Malaysia and the region.
► During his time in Industry with Royal Bank of Canada, he led several major digital and technology led transformations leading to revenue uplift, customer experience enhancements
and productivity improvements.
► He co-led the task force to upskill and re-skill the Bank’s 27,000 operations professionals through a multi-year targeted strategy.
► He is a passionate advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and writes and speaks at forums on financial inclusion, digitalisation, architecture modernisation and impact of AI. 

Fozia Amanulla is the Chief Executive Officer of Boost Bank since 15 January 2024. Boost Bank is the first primarily Malaysian-owned digital bank, distinguished by its ground-breaking embedded digital banking app. Boost Bank is a subsidiary of Boost, the regional full spectrum fintech arm of Axiata.

Fozia joined Boost in 2022 as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Boost Credit, the AI based micro-financing business at Boost. Concurrently, she also held the position of CEO Designate for the digital bank of Boost.

Prior to joining Boost, Fozia was the Chief Business Development Officer at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, where she spearheaded the bank's digital and partnership transformation for the SMEs.  She also served as the CEO of Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad between 2017 to 2021.

Throughout her career, Fozia has held various leadership roles in areas such as investment banking, corporate & commercial banking, SME banking, and Islamic banking. She also served as a board member of the CIIF (Chartered Institute of Islamic Finance) and AllianceDBS Research.

Fozia holds a BA Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Humberside, Hull, England. She is a Chartered Banker accredited by the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers and holds the distinguished title of Fellow Chartered Member of the CIIF.

Aizuddin Danian Izham Cheong was appointed Chief Personal Banking Officer of AEON Bank (M) Berhad in November 2024. He is a seasoned banker with over 24 years of experience, specialising in retail banking, digital business, marketing, and transformation management.

Prior to joining AEON Bank, Aizuddin served as the Head of Digital Banking, Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad where his team rolled out several industry firsts in the digital banking and payments space. Aizuddin graduated with a degree in Human Sciences from International Islamic University Malaysia.

Melvin is a seasoned and accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience driving transformation and growth in banking, fintech, loyalty, and payments across Asia and Australia. He has held leadership roles at BonusLink, Alipay, American Express, and Maybank, and now serves as CEO of Ryt Bank, spearheading innovation and redefining the future of digital banking. Leveraging on his strategic insight and strong people leadership, he transforms ideas into tangible results.  He holds a degree in Econometrics from the London School of Economics.

Balaji Srinivasan, Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer, DreamFolks, has a rich experience in the technology sector and has been leading the technology and product development vertical in DreamFolks since 2019. Under his leadership, DreamFolks developed an in-house technology platform that allows clients (such as Banks and Card Networks) to create custom offerings for their end customers.

Prior to joining DreamFolks, Balaji served in leadership positions as Chief Customer Officer and CTO at various organisations like FarEye and Stylofie.com. He also held the position of Vice-President at Genpact India Private Limited.

He has also been honoured as the “Top 20 India Tech Leaders” in recognition of his extraordinary ability to innovate that resulted in creating business value for the organisation.

Laurent Doucet is a Partner at Roland Berger Greater China. He leads Roland Berger's Asia
Insurance practice and Value Creation work in Southeast Asia.

Laurent has over 20 years of professional consulting experience with an extensive international
background, having worked in Europe, North America, and, for the past six years, Asia, where
he has been based in Hong Kong.

During this time, Laurent has helped clients address challenges related to strategy,
transformation, operations, digitalization, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity
investments. His track record includes successful assignments for both multinational and local
clients.

He is also an expert in digital and operations topics, leading large transformation programs for
global players that involve significant digital components to drive top-line growth, customer
excellence, and efficiency objectives.
