Wilfred Quek is Group Head of Wealth Management Solutions in DBS Bank's Global Financial Markets. A veteran of DBS, Wilfred has played a key role in shaping the bank’s wealth proposition and expanding solutions for clients across the region.

He began his career at DBS with Wealth Management under Consumer Banking before moving into institutional client coverage within Global Financial Markets. He later helped grow the Wealth Management Solutions business by advancing digitalisation, data-driven insights, and product innovation, strengthening DBS’s wealth capabilities across Asia. 

Prior to joining DBS, Wilfred worked at York International. He holds an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Anand Sachdev is managing director, country manager for ING in Singapore and head of South and Southeast Asia. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of ING’s wholesale banking
business in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and India.

Anand is a seasoned banker with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Australasia and Asia, spanning Wholesale Banking, Consumer and Business Banking and Enterprise functions. He has deep experience in leading numerous business growth and strategic change initiatives, operations and technology transformation and embedding risk management disciplines.

Prior to joining ING, Anand was chief executive officer, Singapore and chief operating officer, Asia Pacific at Westpac Banking Corporation, where he spent over 17 years across various positions. 

He is a Fellow (FCA) of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.

Anand is a member of the Singapore Association of Banks Council (ABS), co-chair of the Digital Economy Committee at EuroCham Singapore and a member of the Advisory Board of the Mergers an Acquisitions Association Singapore.

Head of Digital Business Unit of Green Link Digital Bank. David joined GLDB as the pioneer to setup the digital bank from scratch since Jun 2021. His new Intrapreneurship mission to setup the new business unit on Web3 and Digital Assets since 2023. Before he joined GLDB he was the COO of Whampoa Group, previously he also served in various roles in Bank of China, Thales, Capgemini and Ericsson.  David holds Double master's degrees from SEU China and AIT Ireland and B.Sc in Mathematics from Southeast University. David is a certified SCUBA diving instructor and mountaineering climber.

Nauman Bashir is the Global Head of Digital Sales for Wealth, Affluent and Retail Banking in Standard Chartered Bank, also leading Digital Banking, Customer Experience, Digital Platforms, Design Thinking and Analytics for Singapore. He is focused on transforming how banks drive growth through data, AI and digital engagement— particularly in strengthening customer trust, intelligent fraud prevention and scalable customer protection strategies. His work spans building AI-led growth and engagement capabilities, centralised campaign hubs, and improving how banks serve customers at scale across global markets in a safe environment.

Beaver Chua is Head of Group Anti-Fraud at OCBC. He leads efforts to strengthen fraud surveillance and response across the Group, working closely with industry partners, regulators, and law enforcement agencies.

He brings over two decades of experience in financial crime, spanning banking roles in Singapore, Dubai, and China. He began his career in the Singapore Police Force as a Senior Investigation Officer. His focus is on practical, outcome‑driven measures that reduce scam losses while balancing customer experience.

Beaver actively supports industry‑wide collaboration to address evolving scam risks across the region. He was inducted as an IBF Fellow in 2016 in recognition of his contributions to the financial services industry.

Silvio Struebi leads Simon Kucher’s Financial Services Practice in APAC. He has over 18 years of consulting experience advising banks and financial institutions on commercial excellence, digital banking, pricing, and sales transformation across private, retail, and corporate banking, asset management, fintech, and payments. He has led high profile engagements including post-merger integrations, digital banking transformations, value proposition development, and dynamic pricing initiatives on both sides of the balance sheet, working with clients from strategy through implementation including software rollout and AI driven commercial initiatives.
 

Aditya is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience in retail banks, fintechs and digital banks. His career spans leadership positions across a range of domains including consumer lending, wealth management, payments, deposits and digital transformation.

His key skills include building businesses, product strategy and lifecycle, P&L excellence and digital transformation, with a demonstrated history of building multi-cultural high performing teams, navigating complex environments and delivering results.

Aditya is the Chief Product Officer at Trust Bank where he leads product innovation and strategy, and ecosystem partnerships. He has steered the delivery of one of the largest product suites across any digital bank globally, with market leading customer engagement and exponential revenue growth.

Prior to this, he held several regional and country leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank and OCBC Bank, more recently as Global Head of Digital Business and Transformation for OCBC's Consumer Bank.

Aditya was awarded the IBF Fellow Award in 2020, for his industry leadership on Singapore's Open Banking, Digital Payments and National Digital Identity initiatives.

Ashmita Acharya joined HSBC in January 2023 as Head of Wealth and Personal Banking, Singapore.

In her current role, Ashmita has oversight across retail and private banking, as well as asset management and insurance businesses in Singapore. In particular, Ashmita is responsible for the delivery of a market leading wealth management proposition, new mobile-first digital capabilities, and a comprehensive range of investment, insurance, payments and lending solutions that support consumer banking clients’ growth and protection needs.

Prior to joining HSBC, Ashmita has built a 20-year long international banking career with Citibank. Her last held position was Head of Retail Banking, Singapore, where she was responsible for the wealth management and mortgage business growth in the City-State. Throughout her tenure with Citibank, Ashmita has covered Wealth Management Sales, Work Place Banking, Client Experience, Marketing, Consumer Strategy, Client Segments, Small Business Banking and Product Management in India, US and Asia across country, regional and global roles.

She has always tried to deliver results, drive transformational thinking, cultivate innovation, navigate ambiguity and ensure accountability. She consciously strives to bring energy and curiosity to problem-solving and project design, and values the power of relationships as much as the end goal.

Ashmita is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and served as a senior advisor to the Women’s and Diverse Abilities network in Citibank and recently signed up as Executive Sponsor for the Pride Committee in Singapore for HSBC.

Ashmita is an avid traveler, enthusiastic weekend cook, and painter. She lives in Singapore with her husband, daughter and three dogs.

Patrick Sze is the Chief Technology Officer of GLDB and a technology leader known for advancing AI‑driven innovation in digital banking. He has led GLDB’s participation in Singapore’s flagship MAS Pathfinder AI Programme and drives the bank’s AI strategy and implementation across its digital ‑wholesale‑banking platform. Patrick brings extensive experience from senior leadership roles at HSBC Hong Kong, Ping An OneConnect Bank and livi bank, where he developed capabilities in AI, data and Web3 to shape next‑generation financial services. He is also a frequent speaker and educator on AI in banking, digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Philip Tan is the Chief Financial Officer of ANEXT Bank, where he oversees financial strategy, governance, and regulatory stewardship as the bank scales its digital-first model for SMEs.
With over 20 years of experience across digital banking, full and wholesale banking, and Big Four advisory, Philip brings a pragmatic perspective on building sustantable financial institutions in a highly regulated environments. Prior to joining ANEXT Bank, he held senior finance leadership roles at ING APAC, RHB Singapore and DBS Bank, where he led strategic finance initiatives, digital transformation, regulatory frameworks, and large-scale transformation programmes.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, with a specialisation in Finance, Strategy and Organisation, and is a Chartered Accountant (CA).

Pei-Si is the Group Chief Executive Officer at GXS Bank. Pei-Si was previously the CEO of GX Bank Malaysia, a subsidiary of GXS Bank, where she built and led the founding team to launch Malaysiaʼs first digital bank. At GXS Bank, she continues to steer a team of dynamic financial professionals and technologists who are passionate about transforming and making f nancial services inclusive in South East Asia.

A veteran in the financial services industry, Pei-Si brings extensive experience and strong customer-centricity developed over 25 years across retail banking, wealth management, corporate finance, and product and business management. She is a seasoned leader who has led teams in both local and international markets. Prior to her current role, she held senior management positions with Standard Chartered Bank across the region, including Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore.

Pei-Si graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) at National University of Singapore, with a major in Economics & Political Science.

She is actively engaged in local industry and community organisations, with a commitment to advancing sustainable economic development through tailored banking solutions, targeted community investment initiatives, and SME financial education programmes. Pei-Si is passionate about improving financial inclusion for underserved communities and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Straits Times Pocket Money Fund. Her previous industry roles include serving as Chairperson of the Britain Brunei Business Forum and as a member of the Brunei Association of Banks.

Natalia is the CEO of MariBank Singapore, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. Prior to MariBank, she served as COO of Trust Bank Singapore and as Managing Director, Credit Cards and Personal Loans at Standard Chartered Bank Singapore. Her expertise spans retail banking, customer segment management, banking operations, and regional strategy. Natalia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Northwestern University.

Ker Ching is the CFO of MSIG Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. She has 19+ years of experience in audit and finance functions including treasury, investments, financial and regulatory reporting, and business analytics and corporate strategy, having worked in both reinsurance and direct insurance companies. She has led finance and enterprise transformation projects in her previous positions.

Prior to joining MSIG, she was the Regional CFO, Asia, at Partner Reinsurance Asia.

Before that, she was the Head of Finance (Reinsurance Division) of Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance, Singapore. She started her career in KPMG as an auditor covering financial institutions.

Ker Ching holds a degree in Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore. 

Shrikant Bhat is the CEO of the AIA Group’s Investments Linked & Pensions Business that includes over $60B of investment assets across the 18 markets that AIA Group serves.

Shrikant Bhat joined AIA group over 6 years ago, as part of AIA Group Investments Management team to set up and oversee the funds strategy. Asia has amongst the fastest growing and largest pools of savings and investments. A veteran wealth management professional with 3 decades of business experience across sales management, product management, retail banking, wealth management, business transformation, treasury and credit cards, he has held various senior positions covering client segments from High Net worth Individuals to Mass Affluent and across diverse functions.

Since his appointment in AIA, he has led the Funds business strategy leveraging his expertise to drive the AIA Group’s ambition to help customers save and invest better for the long term. Starting with establishment of funds vehicles in Luxembourg and Singapore across traditional and private assets respectively, he now heads the Unit Linked and Pensions Business for the Group to partner with Business Units in creating wealth propositions and enhancing investment advisory capabilities to develop AIA’s wealth pillar.

Prior to joining AIA Group in 2019, he was Managing Director and Regional Head of Investments, Citibank overseeing 17 markets in Asia, Europe and Middle East. In that role he was responsible for overall P&L and Investments strategy covering mutual funds, fixed income, structured products, equity brokerage and portfolio finance for consumer banking clients.

Shrikant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University as well Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM, Calcutta). He is also Exco on the AIA AMC in Singapore.
 

Javier Lastra is a Spanish and Luxembourgish insurance executive with 23 years of experience in the international financial industry.

A certified actuary at the age of 22, he began his professional career at EY Spain and KPMG Luxembourg before joining Swiss Life, where he has spent the past 18 years across Europe and Asia.

During his career, he has held CRO and CFO positions and currently oversees the company’s activities in Asia as CEO, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Swiss Life Singapore.

Javier is proficient in English, French and Spanish, and fluent in German and
Mandarin Chinese. He is a Fellow of the actuarial institutes of Spain, Luxembourg and Singapore, a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, and is known for his intellectual curiosity ranging from medicine to international public law.

Akhil leads the distribution team and oversees the financial performance of insurance products, distribution networks, bancassurance and alternative workstreams. He is responsible for driving growth across Singlife’s various Financial Advisory (FA) channels.

He is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the financial industry, having held key positions at DBS Bank, where he made significant contributions across some 20 years. He has also served on the board of AXS Pte Ltd. Akhil has a track record of building strong teams, driving change and identifying and capitalising on new value streams.

Akhil has a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from the National University of Singapore.
