Cathay Life Insurance

Founded in 1962, Cathay Life Insurance was the first publicly listed insurance company in Taiwan (1964). Its 8 million policyholders account for one-third of the country’s population, and Cathay Holdings has one-quarter of its assets under management. The company is the only financial institution in Taiwan in the Global Fortune 500.
