Ajit Rochlani is a senior engagement manager at Oliver Wyman and leads sales force effectiveness in insurance-related topics in the Asia Pacific Insurance Practice.
Angat Sandhu is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services Practice and leads their Australian Insurance and Wealth Management practice. Prior to joining Oliver Wyman, Sandhu worked at Macquarie Group and Towers Watson. He is an actuary, a holder of the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and the Financial Risk Manager designation.

Arun Kini
Arun Kini is the APAC Managing Director of Finastra’s Payments business, where he leads the development and execution of the firm’s broad suite of integrated payment solutions to help banks modernise and future-proof their payments infrastructure.
Kini brings with him over 25 years of experience in the Financial Services and Software Industry, with strong domain expertise in transaction banking, payments and revenue management.
With a strong track record across various roles in product, pre-sales and sales across the Asia Pacific region, Kini has played pivotal roles in the uptake of payment and cash management products by global brands and clients.
Before returning to Finastra in 2022 as Regional Sales Director, Payments, APAC, Kini was with SunTec Business Solutions leading the Client Facing Group for Asia Pacific.
Bernhard Kotanko
Bernhard Kotanko is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, based in Hong Kong, and one of the leaders in the Insurance Practice. Over the past 18 years Bernhard has been advising insurance clients globally across the full spectrum of strategy, operations, capital and risk management. He is co-author of various articles on the broader life insurance agenda, product innovation, customer experience and distribution as well as a regular speaker at insurance industry and company conferences.
Prior to joining McKinsey, Bernhard was a Partner at Oliver Wyman where he led the EMEA Insurance Practice and then the Asia-Pacific Region. He graduated from Harvard Business School and the Vienna School of Business Administration.
Boo Hui Yun
Hui Yun Boo is the CEO at Munich Re Syndicate Singapore Pte. Limited and the Head of Asia and Middle East. She is based in Singapore and is responsible for Munich Re Syndicate’s business throughout the Asia region.
Hui Yun has nearly 30 years of industry experience and was recognised as one of the Top 25 Global Insurance Women to Watch in 2016 at the Business Insurance Awards.
Carrie Tong
Carrie Tong is Chief Strategy Officer Hong Kong and Macau and Head of Macau Branch, Manulife (International) Limited. As Chief Strategy Officer Hong Kong and Macau, Ms. Tong is responsible for setting the overall strategic priorities of the business, ensuring that strategic choices are made in line with strategic objectives, and the execution of plans is aligned to Manulife's priorities. She is also responsible for making sure that future changes to the company's business model are properly assessed and pursued in a deliberate, structured, and impactful manner.
Prior to Manulife, Ms. Tong worked at the Hong Kong Jockey Club overseeing new markets development and partnerships. She was formerly a senior consultant at Bain Company. Carrie began her career working at Willis Towers Watson in Toronto. She holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School at Western University, Canada.

Chandni Motwani is the Strategy Director of Appnovation in Asia Pacific. Chandni is an experienced product and strategy lead in digital innovation. She believes that the first step to creating a successful product or service is to deeply know your user. She loves to explore how world shifts impact the interaction between human experience and technology. Chandni is keen to build disruptive digital solutions that have an eye on the future but are grounded in today. She believes in creating human-positive solutions that deliver true value for their users.
Chris Tan
Chris Tan is an Engineering Consultant at FM Global, a leading commercial property insurance company. With over 12 years of experience, Chris has established himself as a seasoned professional in property loss evaluation and business interruption risks. Specializing in the advanced technology industries, including semiconductors and data centres, he has successfully partnered with top companies such as Micron, Globalfoundries, and Samsung to identify and mitigate manufacturing process risks. His contributions to the industry involve participating in standards revisions and mentoring the next generation of engineers in the semiconductor specialization. Chris continues to be an influential voice in the events and technology landscape, and has led to well-received presentations at large conferences, including the recent SESHA Symposium in Phoenix, USA.
