He has an excellent insurance business domain, architecture, design, and implementation skills in various life insurance administration as well as producer management & compensation systems.
Prior to this, Neeraj was part of Big 4 Consulting firms like PwC & Deloitte where he led digital transformation programs and strategic consulting initiatives across the Life, Annuities, and Property & Casualty Insurance space.
He holds a master’s degree in insurance & risk management from Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH) and the designations of ALMI (LOMA), Fellow of Risk Management Association of India (RMAI) and President Select Member (Leadership Excellence at Harvard Square).
Nick Davies and Crystal D’Souza
Nick Davies joined Markel in April 2018 bringing over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Service sector, 18 years in Trade Credit with particular emphasis on credit analysis, technical underwriting, and commercial relationship development. He has enjoyed a multi levelled career in both Trade Credit Insurance and Re-insurance with a robust background in financial analysis, commercial engagement, business planning and implementation of business strategy. He currently holds the role of Head of Trade Credit Asia based out of Singapore.
Crystal D’Souza is a Senior Underwriter and the Head of Trade Credit for the MENA region. In her role, she oversees the trade credit business for Markel in this region. With over a decade of experience in risk and commercial underwriting across the financial services and healthcare sectors, Crystal brings a wealth of expertise to her position. She holds an MBA in Business Strategy, is a Certified International Credit Professional (CICP) from the Finance, Credit & International Business Association (FCIB), and a Certified Credit Risk Specialist from the London School of Business and Finance, London. Before joining Markel, Crystal worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Dubai and J.P. Morgan in Mumbai, India.

Oren Leshem is Vice President of Sales, APAC and MENA, leading sales and growth initiatives, strategic customer relationships, and expansion for these emerging markets.
Leshem previously served as co-CEO of Docomotion, a company acquired by Novidea in July 2024. With extensive experience in global technology and sales, he has spearheaded major strategic business development initiatives and international market expansion at Docomotion.
He has over 20 years of experience in SAAS, Enterprise Software, Software Project Management, Quality Assurance and Professional Services. Prior to Docomotion, Leshem was the CEO of Tesnet and COO & co-founder at NoProblem (today Home 365).
