Sun Life launches program to build “multi-generational” advisory force

Under the Agency Legacy program, advisors are encouraged to recruit members of their family.

Sun Life has launched the Agency Legacy program, aimed to recruit the insurer’s next generation of advisors.

The Agency Legacy program in particular aims to encourage advisors to recruit members of their family to join the workforce.

As part of the program, Sun Life has also launched the magazine LEGACY which contained advice on serving clients and success stories of families of Sun Life advisors in Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Philippines. 

Sun Life is also holding seminars and recruitment events to advance the Agency Legacy program.
