WTW reels in Royston Tan for head of health and benefits, APAC

Tan has 25 years worth of experience with employee benefits and life insurance operations.

WTW has appointed Royston Tan as the new Head of the Health & Benefits (H&B) business in Asia Pacific (APAC).

In his new role, Tan will lead the APAC region in delivering exceptional value to organizations, focusing on corporate healthcare, employee wellbeing, and benefit program advisory.

Previously, Tan spearheaded WTW’s Southeast Asia and India H&B businesses and led sales and commercialisation strategies across WTW’s international H&B business in APAC, Central Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America markets.

Tan’s experience in employee benefits and life insurance, spanning over 25 years, positions him well to support clients with pressing issues and employee benefits needs, WTW said.
