QBE Insurance appoints Rob Kosova as Asia CEO

He begins his new role on 1 April.

QBE Insurance has named Rob Kosova as chief executive officer of its Asia business.

He will assume his new role on 1 April, subject to regulatory approval. He will be based in Singapore and will report to Jason Harris, QBE International CEO.

Kosova has been with QBE since 2018, and most recently leads the underwriting team in the Australia Pacific division. 

Kosova has a background in risk management and consultancy, spanning all areas of business risk exposure, and has held roles on the insurer, broker and customer sides of the insurance industry.
