IndiaFirst Life appoints new leaders for expansion

Both are president & chief distribution officer for two different divisions.

IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company created leadership shifts with the appointment of Varun Gupta as President & Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) – Bancassurance and Sumeet Sahni as President & Chief Distribution Officer (CDO) – Agency & Alliances. 

Gupta brings over 27 years of experience, notably from Max Life Insurance, where he led significant distribution transformations. He will lead IndiaFirst Life’s Bancassurance partnerships, focusing on expanding the distribution network.

Sahni, with over 26 years in the life insurance sector, joins from Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance and brings expertise in scaling agency and partnership channels. He will spearhead the development of the Agency & Alliances channel at IndiaFirst Life.
