AIA S’pore taps new tech lead

Afees Ashroff has more than two decades of experience in banking and insurance.

AIA Singapore named Afees Ashroff as its new Chief Technology Officer, effective immediately.

Ashroff will report to Wong Sze Keed, chief executive officer (CEO) of AIA Singapore.

Ashroff, with over 20 years of experience in banking and insurance, joined AIA Singapore in 2018 and recently served as head of digital technology. 

He will now focus on advancing customers' digital experiences through innovative technology strategies aligned with AIA Singapore’s vision as a customer-centric life insurer.
