FM appoints new VP of staff insurance operations

This will take effect, starting 1 December.

FM has appointed Lyndon Broad as its new executive vice president of staff insurance operations, effective 1 December.

Broad will lead FM’s core insurance functions, including underwriting, research and engineering, claims, data analytics and artificial intelligence, global client services, and sales and marketing.

With over 30 years of experience at FM, Broad has held various leadership roles in Australia, Asia, the UK, and the US. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer.

He succeeds Randy Hodge, who was recently named FM's COO.

Broad holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Swinburne University in Melbourne, Australia.
