Oona Insurance reveals new head of agency distribution

He has over 20 years of leadership experience.

Oona Insurance, a digital general insurer in Southeast Asia, appointed Praveen Paladugu as its new Group head of Agency Distribution

With over 20 years of leadership experience across markets, including Indonesia, Praveen will lead the company’s agency distribution strategy in Indonesia and the Philippines. 

His role will focus on enhancing agent performance, aligning distribution with corporate goals, and equipping agents for success in the evolving insurance industry.

Praveen previously served as Chief of Distribution Strategy at FWD Insurance Indonesia, where he expanded distribution channels and strengthened agency networks. 

He has also held senior roles at Zurich Topas Life and AXA Financial Indonesia, achieving consistent growth and operational efficiency.
