AXA, Hong Kong Broadband Network partner for travel insurance offering

Key features include free coverage for children insured under the same policy as their parents.

AXA Hong Kong and Macau and the Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited (HKBN) have partnered to launch "HKBN SmartTraveller Plus," a new travel insurance product.

Key features include free coverage for children insured under the same policy as their parents, with no upper age limit for single-journey plans.

Additionally, it allows families to insure parents and children under a single policy. There is also optional coverage for travel to mainland China, including hospital deposit guarantee benefits for accidental injuries or illnesses.

“Hongkongers have a deep affinity for travel, and 'HKBN SmartTraveller Plus' offers market-redefining travel protection that aligns perfectly with their shifting needs and interests. We will continue working with AXA to explore opportunities to bring more customised and value-added services for our customers,” Denis Yip, President and group chief operating officer of HKBN.
