HSBC Life Singapore names new chief agency development officer

He previously served as CEO of Infinitum Financial Advisory.

HSBC Life Singapore appointed Ronald Tan as its Chief Agency Development Officer, reporting to CEO Harpreet Bindra. 

Tan will also join the HSBC Life Executive Committee as part of the insurer's efforts to advance its health and wealth strategy in Singapore.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Tan previously served as CEO of Infinitum Financial Advisory. 

He has held leadership roles in major firms, including Chief Agency Officer at Income Insurance and Head of Agency Distribution at both Tokio Marine Life and AXA Life. 

His earlier career includes distribution-focused roles at AIA Singapore, Prudential Singapore, and Manulife-Sinochem China.

In his new role, Tan will also manage the insurer’s strategic distribution partnership with Singapore Post.
