Manulife Asia, MDRT partner for agent development

MDRT will provide Manulife agents with tools and training to enhance skills.

Manulife Asia inked a three-year Exclusive Premier Sponsorship contract with Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an independent association of insurance and financial services professionals from 85 nations and territories and more than 700 companies.

The partnership aims to support growth and professional development within Manulife’s agency force. 

MDRT will provide Manulife agents with tools and training to enhance their skills and careers.

“This renewed sponsorship underlines our continuous dedication to developing our team and upholding the outstanding quality of our agency force,” Rishi Srivastava, Manulife Asia’s Chief Agency Officer, said in a statement.

“Our professional agents are crucial to maintaining trusted relationships with our customers and they make a positive difference in the lives of the communities that we serve across the region,” added Srivastava.

The programme includes tailored development initiatives such as workshops led by MDRT expert speakers, year-round Academy Train the Trainer support, and online courses.
