Canara HSBC introduces real-time sales task management

Canara HSBC Life Insurance has launched Compass, a Sales Beat Management Tool to streamline sales operations. 

The platform helps sales teams plan, execute, and monitor activities, aiming to improve customer experiences, the company said in a press release.

Compass enables automating routine tasks and ensuring effective engagement throughout the sales progress. 

It also aids accountability by allowing managers to assign and track tasks in real-time, promoting transparency within teams. 

Soly Thomas, Chief Distribution Officer - Canara Channel and Associates Business at Canara HSBC Life Insurance, said Compass is a key initiative to integrate innovative technology into sales operations, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
