Chubb Life rolls out insurance covering ICU stays under critical illness

The plan offers coverage for 144 illnesses and four payment options.

Chubb Life Hong Kong has introduced the Serene Care Critical Illness Protector, marking Hong Kong’s first pure critical illness insurance plan with limited premium payment terms.

The plan offers coverage for 144 illnesses and four payment options, allowing customers to choose between eight-, 12-, 18-, and 22-year payment terms or a yearly renewable option up to age 100.

Serene Care provides protection for major and minor illnesses, including conditions requiring ICU stays.

It also includes a Protection Revival Benefit, which restores full coverage after minor illness claims.

Customers seeking to top up existing coverage can benefit from affordable premiums based on their financial circumstances.
