Lockton announces new head of marine, energy

She joins Lockton with 13 years of experience from Howden Malaysia.

Lockton has appointed Cindy Khoo as head of Business Development – Marine & Energy, based in Singapore. 

Khoo joins Lockton with 13 years of experience from Howden Malaysia, where she served as Head of Marine. 

She played a key role in building the Marine unit from the ground up since 2012, leading the Marine Hull and Energy (upstream) businesses to position Howden amongst the top three Marine & Energy brokers in Malaysia.  

In her new role at Lockton, Khoo will focus on expanding the Marine and Offshore Energy business in Singapore and across Asia. 
She will work closely with Lockton’s Marine offices throughout the region to drive growth and strengthen client relationships.
