CTF Life launches outpatient insurance for GBA travel

The plan utilises the medical network of The GBA Healthcare Group.

CTF Life has launched the "GBA MediAccess" Outpatient Insurance Plan, designed for frequent travellers between Hong Kong, Macau, and selected Greater Bay Area (GBA) cities.

The plan utilises the medical network of The GBA Healthcare Group (GBAH), a subsidiary of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises, to provide accessible medical services.

CTF Life is the first insurer to partner with GBAH to offer traditional Chinese medical outpatient consultations.

The plan offers three coverage levels and includes Western and traditional Chinese medical consultations, dental scaling, and health management services.

It allows coverage for up to two additional family members. Services include online and offline general practitioner consultations with up to three days of prescribed basic medication, Chinese medical consultations, dental care, and chronic disease management.

CTF Life partnered with GBAH in early 2024, collaborating with 3A hospitals in the GBA to enhance medical efficiency and reduce healthcare costs.

Key features of the plan include market-first family coverage for three members, both online and offline consultations, traditional Chinese medicine services, and proactive health management programs led by GBAH doctors.
