BMS Group appoints new chairman

He was most recently CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board at Hannover Re.

BMS Group has appointed Jean-Jacques Henchoz as Chairman of the Board, effective 1 May. 

Henchoz was most recently CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board at Hannover Re.

During his six-year tenure, Hannover Re achieved double-digit earnings growth, a leading return on equity, and doubled its market capitalisation, culminating in its inclusion in Germany’s DAX Index.

Henchoz also held various leadership positions at Swiss Re for more than two decades, bringing extensive executive and board-level experience to BMS.
