AXA Hong Kong launches endoscopy concierge for cross-border healthcare

The plan expands coverage beyond lung and breast cancer.

AXA Hong Kong and Macau has announced major enhancements to its Greater Bay Area (GBA) Medical Concierge Service Network, including an upgraded Cancer Medical Concierge and the launch of a new Endoscopy Medical Concierge. 

The move is intended to improve cross-border medical access and provide more treatment options for eligible policyholders under designated medical and employee benefits plans.

The upgraded Cancer Medical Concierge expands coverage beyond lung and breast cancer to include colorectal and liver cancer. 

It also extends medical support through partnerships with Prosper Health, United Family Hospitals in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and the Hong Kong Integrated Oncology Centre.

Key benefits include private room upgrades, transport services, premium waivers, and a recovery subsidy of up to $258.04 (HK$2,000) for eligible customers after completing treatment.
