Erajaya Digital debuts repair and cyber alert service with bolttech

The programme includes repair coverage for physical damage.

Erajaya Digital, a business unit of Indonesia’s Erajaya Group, has rolled out a new device protection programme in partnership with bolttech

The new offering combines physical device coverage with a cyber protection feature that alerts customers to attempted misuse of their personal data.

The service was developed in response to rising threats such as data theft, malware, and privacy breaches on consumer devices.

The programme includes repair coverage for physical damage—such as screen cracks, drops, and liquid exposure—as well as cyber monitoring tools that provide real-time alerts for potential data leaks or unauthorised access.

The service is now available through Erajaya Digital’s retail network, including erafone, Xiaomi by erafone, and Huawei by erafone stores across the country.
