AXA Philippines unveils self-service kiosk for insurance access

On-site staff are available to assist users.

AXA Philippines has launched its first Emma DigiZone at the AXA Service Center in Makati, offering a self-service kiosk to help customers manage their insurance policies through the Emma by AXA PH mobile app.

The kiosk is designed to improve accessibility and streamline common insurance transactions such as viewing policy details, topping up, and paying premiums.

On-site staff are available to assist users in registering and navigating the app, especially useful for Life and Health policyholders who require frequent policy access.

AXA aims to roll out more DigiZones across key branches, providing customers with flexible digital service options whilst reducing waiting times.
