The 5.875% step-up callable subordinated notes, due in 2055, were listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
The underwriters were advised by Skadden, whose Tokyo-based team was led by partner Kenji Taneda, along with counsel Ken Kiyota, Asia Pacific counsel Yuko Ozaki, and associate Spencer Rauner.
