Singlife partners Salesforce to launch AI agent for service staff

It allows staff to access information instantly.

Singlife has partnered with Salesforce to launch an artificial intelligence (AI) agent for Singlife’s customer service executives.

The tool uses Salesforce’s Data Cloud to draw from Singlife’s internal materials, including product manuals, training guides, and FAQs, allowing service staff to access information instantly instead of manually searching through documents.

The insurer is the first in Singapore to adopt Salesforce’s Agentforce, an AI-driven layer of its customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

Singlife plans to extend the use of Agentforce to its financial adviser network, enabling advisers to provide faster and more consistent information to clients.
