HSBC Life unveils Premium Lounge in Shenzhen for GBA clients

The new facility is located at Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital.

HSBC Life has opened its first medical VIP lounge in mainland China as part of efforts to expand its cross-border healthcare services in the Greater Bay Area (GBA).

The new facility, called the HSBC Life Care+ Premium Lounge, is located at Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital, about a 15-minute drive from Futian Port of Entry.

The lounge provides policyholders with concierge-style services, including medical consultation support, priority appointment bookings, limousine transfers, and catering.

Ambassadors will help customers arrange diagnostic tests, treatments, and follow-up visits.

HSBC Life policyholders will also receive preferential rates on selected inpatient and outpatient services at the hospital, aimed at improving access to quality healthcare, particularly for those unfamiliar with the mainland medical system.
