Howden names Alaric Lee as chief commercial officer for Asia

Lee joins from Marsh, where he was most recently a managing director.

Howden has appointed Alaric Lee as chief commercial officer, Asia, effective 1 December 2025.

Lee is tasked with spearheading Howden Asia’s commercial strategy. He will work directly with country CEOs and business development teams to drive new business and sharpen sales performance, according to a press release.

Lee joins from Marsh, where he spent 15 years of his career, most recently as managing director and corporate & commercial leader for Marsh Asia.

Howden is a global insurance intermediary group.
