WTW names Han Wei Fong Singapore country leader

He joined the firm in September 2025 and brings over 15 years in health benefits work.

WTW has appointed Han Wei Fong as country leader for Singapore, effective 1 March.

Han Wei will continue to serve as head of Health & Benefits, Singapore, alongside his new role.

He joined WTW in September 2025 and has more than 15 years of experience in health and benefits consulting and broking. 

At WTW, he has been leading the development of the firm’s Health & Benefits business in Singapore, focusing on employee benefits design and implementation for corporate clients.

Before joining WTW, Han Wei managed multi-country portfolios for global and regional companies across Asia. 

His experience includes global broking implementation, retirement advisory, benefits plan design review and benchmarking, alternative financial strategy, merger and acquisition support, and actuarial claims analytics.
