Pru Life UK Cebu move packs 1,000 workers into 12,130 sq ft

The build follows the earlier BGC Manila opening, with multiple work settings for branch leaders.

Pru Life UK unveiled a new workspace in Cebu City, Philippines, as part of a five-year Managed Office agreement with Instant Group.

Officially launched in February 2026, PRUHouse Cebu comprises a total of 12,130 sq ft in Cebu Business Park and houses approximately 1,000 of Pru Life’s agency workforce. 

The new office in Cebu takes Instant’s total square footage for Pru Life UK in the Philippines to 128,000 sq ft, hosting up to seven thousand people in its business.

PRUHouse Cebu gives agents and branch managers multiple work environments similar to the last office they opened in BGC, Manila:

The Hive - a multi-purpose collaboration area used for townhalls, holiday celebrations, local festivals, First Friday masses, weekly team meetings, client entertaining, and communal dining for employees.

The Huddle - a structured area for meeting and training events where group learning and exploration takes place.

The Sanctuary - a quiet area for focused work comprising desks, collaboration spaces, meeting rooms and private offices. 

Pru’s new office features decor and materials native to Cebu such as rattan walls, hand-woven textiles, as well local graphics, landmarks and artworks. 

The city’s festivals, coastal landscapes, and the Bayanihan sense of community are all rooted in the design, shaped by local stories and crafted to inspire agents to grow, perform, and thrive together.

Other offices of Pru Life UK in the country are located in Ortigas, Makati and Manila. Globally, The Instant Group has delivered over five million square feet of Managed Office space for large multinational companies, including Jaguar, Land Rover and GSK.
