Manulife names Sangal and Kee to senior Asia roles

Sangal joins the Philippines executive committee as Kee prepares to succeed Graham.

Manulife Philippines has appointed Manish Sangal as deputy CEO, with the executive joining the company’s executive committee and reporting to President and CEO Rahul Hora.

Sangal joins the role after serving as chief agency officer in Vietnam for the past three years, where he oversaw agency growth and team development. 

Meanwhile, Manulife Hong Kong and Macau announced that Wilton Kee will succeed Patrick Graham as CEO, subject to regulatory approval.

Kee, who currently serves as deputy CEO and chief financial officer, joined Manulife in 2013 and has held senior roles across pricing, product, health, and finance in Hong Kong and Macau. 

He previously served as chief product officer and head of health before being appointed CFO in 2022. He also took on the additional role of deputy CEO in March 2026. Kee will officially assume the CEO role on 1 July.
