AIA Malaysia launches partnership with digital mental health platform ThoughtFull
The insurer plans to integrate the platform in its corporate solutions portfolio.
AIA Malaysia has entered into a partnership with Southeast Asia mental healthtech firm ThoughtFull to provide the insurer’s corporate customers with end-to-end mental health support as part of the AIA Corporate Solutions portfolio.
This means AIA Malaysia will be able to provide corporate customers mental health support, helping improve stress, anxiety and depression management to corporate policyholders and their employees, unlocking new avenues for users to proactively engage with their mental health.

Tung Hsiao Ley Chief Corporate Solutions Officer of AIA Bhd, said that AIA Malaysia’s decision to partner with ThoughtFull was an easy one because the insurer itself has experienced ThoughtFull’s services.
“We’ve long been advocates of the importance of mental health in the workplace and we believe that it should be given just as much priority as we do to physical health. Which is why we are really excited to partner with ThoughtFull to bring new and innovative mental health services to our corporate clients and their employees, under our WorkWell with AIA proposition,” Ley said.
The partnership aims to address the mental healthcare gap in Asia which a report from Mercer revealed that only 1% of insurers believe is a key priority.
