AIA Singapore announces leadership appointments
The key appointments were Irma Hadikusuma, Melita Teo, and Peter Lee.
AIA Singapore has announced key leadership changes, effective 1 December for Irma Hadikusuma and Melita Teo. Whilst Peter Lee's appointment was effective 20 November.
Hadikusuma will assume the role of Chief Marketing and Proposition Officer, leveraging her extensive experience in building innovative solutions.
As the current Chief Customer and Digital Officer, Teo will become the Chief Executive Officer designated at AIA Philippines.
Simultaneously, Lee has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience in digital transformation projects.
Hadikusuma, currently the Chief Product Proposition Officer, has played a crucial role in developing customer-centric solutions at AIA Singapore.

With more than 20 years in the insurance industry, she has held various leadership roles, contributing to key strategic agendas.
Lee, AIA Singapore's newly appointed Chief Technology Officer, will focus on implementing cutting-edge technology strategies to align with the company's vision.
His extensive experience includes leadership roles at Accenture, New York Life, Zurich Insurance, MetLife Insurance, and most recently, as the Asian and African Markets General Manager at AXA in Malaysia.
Teo, with over 22 years at AIA Singapore, will transition to the role of Chief Executive Officer at AIA Philippines.
Her previous role as Chief Customer and Digital Officer saw significant enhancements in customer propositions and analytics capabilities.
