AIA’s medical plan introduces first-in-market rewards system

The plan integrates Signature Healthcare Circle, concierge services, and personalised health programmes.

AIA Hong Kong & Macau upgraded its "OptimaCEO Medical Plan", which integrates Signature Healthcare Circle, concierge services, and personalised health programmes to support health management and overall well-being.

The Signature Healthcare Circle includes a network of over 500 specialists and healthcare professionals, more than 80% of whom have over a decade of experience. 

The team provides end-to-end cancer care and incorporates experts such as physiotherapists, nutritionists, and traditional Chinese medicine practitioners, ensuring comprehensive support from diagnosis to recovery.  

The plan offers a 24-hour concierge hotline for appointment booking and personalised assistance, including guidance from a Wellness Relationship Manager.  

The plan also introduces "infinite health programmes", which utilise scientific assessments and continuous monitoring to identify health risks early and optimise physical, mental, and metabolic health.

A key feature is the "Health Wallet", a first-in-market rewards system that allows customers to accumulate benefits such as hospital cash, day surgery cash, and no-claim bonuses. 

These benefits can be redeemed for wellness treatments, check-ups, vaccinations, or enhanced medical coverage.
