It also offers 24-month financial support of $2,809.
Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia is bolstering its talent training through the Kingmaker project, which includes specialised training such as the Pinnacle Excellence Programme with INSEAD, Allianz Masterclass with Sandro Forte and Kinder Brothers International Professional Patterns of Leadership, amongst others.
Allianz said this initiative is central to Allianz Life's strategy to double its business performance over the next five years by developing a new generation of agents capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Allianz chief executive officer, Charles Ong, emphasised that the project also includes significant investments in digital tools such as Allianz 360 for agents and MyAllianz for customers, aiming to enhance interactions and improve customer satisfaction.
The company has also partnered with Allianz General Insurance Company under the One Allianz campaign, offering exclusive benefits on eligible products.
To further support growth, Allianz has introduced the Allianz CEO Programme, a 24-month initiative that offers financial support of up to $2,808.84 (RM12,000) per month to fast-track the careers of new agents.
The company saw a 51.9% increase in recruitment in 2023, with the number of agents rising from 1,417 in December 2022 to 2,152 by year-end, bringing the total to 5,971 agents.
