Allianz Partners expands plans with new health benefits for SMEs

The plans cover businesses with three to 100 employees.

Allianz Partners will roll out new benefits to its Summit health insurance plans for small and mid-sized businesses from 1 August.

The plans cover three to 100 employees and are designed to meet growing demand for broader healthcare coverage.

Summit 4000 and 5000 will now include an optional benefit for bariatric surgery, whilst Summit 5000 will add outpatient cover for developmental delays such as dyslexia and speech difficulties.

Summit 2500, 4000, and 5000 will also offer optional cover for prescribed vitamins and supplements.

Women’s health coverage has been expanded, with full coverage for hormone replacement therapy on Summit 4000 and 5000.

The waiting period for fertility treatment on underwritten Summit 5000 plans has been cut from 18 months to 12 months, giving faster access to diagnostic services and IVF.

Allianz said the changes reflect the shifting priorities of employers and employees, particularly in weight management, cognitive health, women’s health, and fertility care.
