Allianz Partners unveils new managing director for greater SEA
He will succeed Steve Watkins, who retires after over two decades.
Allianz Partners appointed Dominic Gantner as managing director for Greater Southeast Asia (GSEA), effective 1 March.
He will succeed Steve Watkins, who is retiring after more than 20 years with the company.
Gantner will oversee Allianz Partners' operations in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, reporting to Vinay Surana, regional managing director for Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa.
Since joining Allianz Partners in 2019, he has served as Chief Sales Officer and managing director for Southeast Europe, driving growth across 12 markets.
With experience in Mobile Device and Digital Risk, Roadside Assistance, and Mobility businesses, Gantner has worked with brokers, banks, and Allianz Operating Entities.
Before Allianz Partners, he held leadership roles in Germany, the UK, and Austria. He holds a Master of Business Administration.
