Allianz Trade opens first Vietnam office to expand Asia footprint

Allianz Trade has opened its first office in Vietnam, marking its 13th location in Asia-Pacific as the company extends its regional footprint.
The new office in Ho Chi Minh City will provide trade credit solutions to local exporters amidst strong export growth and steady economic expansion.
Allianz Research projects Vietnam’s GDP to expand by 6.7% in 2025, 6.1% in 2026, and 6.2% in 2027.
Rodrigo Jimenez, regional CEO of Allianz Trade in Asia Pacific, said Vietnam’s growing role in global supply chains and its shift toward higher-value manufacturing made it a key market for expansion.
