Aon appoints new lead of talent solutions in Asia-Pacific

Swani brings over 25 years of experience as an HR consultant.

Aon appointed Puneet Swani as head of Talent Solutions for Asia-Pacific.

Swani will be based in Singapore and will report to Tim Dwyer, head of Human Capital for Asia Pacific at Aon.

In his new role, Swani will lead Aon’s Talent Solutions capabilities, collaborating with the Talent, Health, and Wealth Solutions teams to support the firm’s integrated Human Capital approach across the region.

Swani brings over 25 years of experience as an HR consultant, having previously held senior roles at Hewitt Associates and Mercer, where he served as senior partner for the international region.
