Aon Indonesia unveils new president director of reinsurance business

She has over 12 years in reinsurance strategy optimisation.

Aon, a global professional services firm, has appointed Marguerita Silitonga as president director of Reinsurance Solutions in Indonesia, effective immediately.

Based in Jakarta, Silitonga will report to Musa Adlan, executive director and head of Reinsurance Solutions in South East Asia. 

In her new role, she will oversee strategy development, growth, and operations for Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions in Indonesia.

Silitonga previously served as a senior relationship manager and treaty broker for key clients at Aon, joining the company from MSIG Indonesia in 2020. 

She has over 12 years of experience in reinsurance strategy optimization.

Silitonga has passed the Fit and Proper Test required by Indonesia's financial services regulator, OJK.
