Aon net income jumps to $3.7b in 2025
Diluted earnings increased to $17.02 per share from $12.35 a year earlier.
Aon Plc’s full-year 2025 net income attributable to shareholders rose to $3.7b, or $17.02 per diluted share, from $2.7b a year earlier.
Meanwhile, its revenue also recorded a 9% year-on-year (YoY) increase in total revenue for the full year 2025 to $17.2b, driven by 6% YoY organic growth, a 2% contribution from acquisitions and a 1% positive impact from foreign currency movements.
During the year, Aon repurchased about 2.7 million class A ordinary shares for roughly $1.0b at an average price of $365.91 per share.
As of 31 December 2025, the company had around $1.3b remaining under its share buyback authorisation.
