Aon posts $1.24b net income in Q1 2026

Aon’s consolidated net income for the third quarter of 2026 surged 26% year-on-year (YoY) to $1.24b.

Basic net income per share attributable to shareholders was $5.66 during the quarter. This was 27% higher YoY.

The company’s revenue, likewise, climbed 6% YoY to $5.03b.

"Our strong start to the year reflects continued execution of our 3x3 Plan and progress accelerating our client‑centric Aon United strategy," Greg Case, president and CEO, stated in a press release.

"In the first quarter, we delivered 5% organic revenue growth, expanded operating margin, and generated significant free cash flow, reinforcing our confidence in achieving our full‑year objectives,” Case added.
