Aon taps 40-year market veteran for ReSpecialty property team

He will report to Dustin Fabbian, senior broker of Aon’s property leadership team.

Aon has named Richard “Dickie” Norman as senior broker wihtin its Reinsurance Solutions Global ReSpecialty Property Team, starting 1 January, 2026.

In his new role, Norman will support Aon’s Risk Capital strategy by advising clients on solutions across commercial risk and reinsurance, particularly as property reinsurance markets continue to face volatility. 

He will report to Dustin Fabbian, senior broker and member of Aon’s property leadership team.

Norman brings nearly 40 years of experience in the London and European property markets. 

He previously served as head of global property broking within Aon’s Global Broking Centre under its Commercial Risk Solutions business. 

He has also held leadership roles in Bermuda and London, working closely with many of Aon’s major insurer clients.
