AXA Hong Kong introduces instant mental health assessment app 

This is exclusive for its Employee Benefits customers.

AXA Hong Kong has launched its latest upgrade on its Emma by AXA app which allows for an instant mental health assessment for its customers.

Called the Mind Healer, it is a one-stop online consultation platform for instant mental health assessment and support.

In partnership with TheraTalk, Hong Kong's first technology-based psychological services provider, the user's mental status can be assessed through Mind Healer. After completing a simple assessment, a counsellor will be assigned to the user for online text counselling according to the assessment result. 

Additionally, AXA Hong Kong has assembled a list of healthcare professionals ranging from general practitioners with psychology qualifications to certified psychiatrists and clinical psychologists in 27 locations in Hong Kong forming what AXA calls the mind health network. These professionals will provide customers with professional counselling services.
