AXA XL appoints new head of mid-market for APAC & Europe

She has been with AXA since 2012.

AXA XL has appointed Laëtitia Lebas as the head of Mid-Market for APAC & Europe. 

In her new role, Lebas will spearhead the implementation of AXA XL's mid-market strategy across Europe, Asia, and Australia, working closely with regional teams, local leadership, and AXA's General Insurance entities.

Julien Guénot, Regional Manager for Southern Europe at AXA XL and Executive Sponsor for the APAC & Europe Mid-Market initiative, emphasised the opportunity to extend AXA XL's expertise from large corporates to larger mid-market clients in collaboration with other AXA entities.

Laëtitia Lebas's career with AXA began in 2012 at AXA France as a Global Account Manager for AXA Santé Collective. 

Over the years, she assumed various roles, including International Sales Director for AXA Creditor, Regional Director for Western Europe, and Legal Representative for Genworth entities in France. 

In 2017, she joined the Executive Committee of AXA Partners France and took on the role of Sales Director for Credit Lifestyle Protection and Motor & Banking Assistance.
