BMS strengthens financial lines with dual national appointments

Both McMillan and Jani joined BMS following its acquisition of Bluebook Brokers.

Specialist insurance and reinsurance broker BMS has promoted Callum McMillan to National head of Directors & Officers Liability and Pranav Jani to Client Director – National head of Cyber. 

Both McMillan and Jani joined BMS following its acquisition of Bluebook Brokers in July 2023. 

McMillan brings two decades of underwriting experience from Zurich, ACE Insurance, and Chubb, with a strong background in managing Financial Lines portfolios. 

In his new role, he will oversee the national expansion of BMS’s Directors & Officers (D&O) Liability portfolio.

Jani, who has worked in insurance since 2009, specialises in cyber risk and professional indemnity. 

He also holds a Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security from the University of the Sunshine Coast. As National head of Cyber, he will lead BMS’s cyber strategy across the country, supporting clients in managing evolving digital threats.
