Chubb launches new casualty, cyber coverage for life science firms in APAC

Businesses will have access to multiple insurance lines through a single package.

Chubb has introduced Premier Life Science, a new insurance solution offering casualty and cyber coverage for life sciences businesses in Asia-Pacific (APAC).

The launch coincides with Chubb’s 20-year anniversary in the APAC life sciences sector, reflecting its continued focus on addressing risks in the industry.

Premier Life Science provides coverage for pharmaceutical firms, biotechnology companies, medical device manufacturers, healthcare IT providers, and medical product distributors.

It includes product liability and clinical trials insurance, professional indemnity, and cyber protection against data breaches and rasomware attacks.

Businesses can access multiple insurance lines through a single package, ensuring coverage for risks across research, clinical trials, and product distribution.
