Clyde & Co has appointed Yvonne Lam as partner.
Lam returns from Gilchrist Connell, where she was a Principal and the head of Corporate Insurance & Insurtech, after previously spending more than 10 years specialising in advising on corporate insurance and regulatory matters at Clyde & Co in Australia.
Lam will focus on transactional, regulatory, and commercial advisory work for insurers, reinsurers, underwriting agents, brokers, and insurtech clients operating in the region’s evolving risk and compliance environment.
